• 7-day returns on unused items in original packaging.
• 30-day replacement for manufacturing faults (seam splits, handle cracks, sole separation) in normal use.
• Refunds go back by bank transfer within 5 working days after we receive the item.
• Delivery charges are refunded only for faulty or wrong items.
